Our terms and conditions explain how we deliver our HVAC services and what you can expect when you book with Capital Air Group. They cover how we quote jobs, carry out installations and servicing, manage payments, and handle warranties, scheduling changes, and cancellations.

When we provide a quote, it’s based on the information available at the time of assessment and includes the agreed scope of work. We confirm pricing before any work begins, so you know exactly what’s included. If additional work is required due to site conditions or unforeseen issues, we’ll always discuss this with you and get approval before proceeding.

All installations and services are completed by our licensed technicians and in line with relevant safety standards. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment, and our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our installation. To keep your system operating safely and efficiently, we ask that the recommended maintenance guidelines be followed.

Our terms also outline how bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations are managed, as well as access requirements on the day of your appointment. We’re committed to arriving on time, and if we’re late to a scheduled appointment without notice, our on-time guarantee applies, and we’ll deduct $50 from your bill.
