What warranties apply to your installations?

All installations completed by Capital Air Group are backed by manufacturer warranties as well as our own workmanship guarantees. Can you help with energy-efficient upgrades?

Yes. We regularly help households upgrade to more energy-efficient heating and cooling systems and provide guidance on available government programs. As an approved installer under the ACT Sustainable Household Scheme, eligible customers may access low interest loans and rebates to support energy-efficient heating and cooling upgrades.

What brands do you install and repair?

We install and service a range of trusted heating and cooling brands known for reliability and performance. Capital Air Group is a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer and also works with brands such as Daikin and Fujitsu. You can check approved Mitsubishi Electric installers through their official stockist directory.

What should I expect after I contact your team?

Once you contact us, our team will gather a few details and arrange a site visit. Quotes are typically provided within 24 hours of inspection, with installations, repairs and services scheduled as soon as possible. We focus on clear communication, realistic timeframes and follow-up support once work is complete.
