My names Andrew. I’m the owner of Capital Air Canberra. Having started my own air conditioning business in 2002 and building a great local brand, an offer came up in 2010 to purchase one Canberra’s largest, well known air conditioning and heating business. With Capital Air’s reputation I couldn’t say no.
Capital air was started in the earlier 1990’s by Bill and jo Dunshea, focusing on building the Capital Air name by selling the two leading brands in the industry, Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric.
By offering the premium brands Capital Air has built a great reputation throughout Canberra as a high end company who not only supplies and installs heating and cooling systems but is now the largest residential service and repair company in the state.
We use a simplistic approach to good old fashion service and values which has enabled us to build and grow a large client data base that keep coming back.

On the day of service your technician will text or call you when he’s half an hour away.
Up front pricing
Again this comes back to our communication policy. You will be informed of the costs throughout the entire process of repairing, servicing or replacing your system. All work is priced and agreed too before we commence.
The work we do is guaranteed. If the part of the system Capital Air have worked on fails we come back free of charge to repair.
Free service pack
Once your job is complete we will post you a service hand over pack to keep your service records in. As we are striving to better our service and understand what we could improve on there is a feed back form on how we performed, Theres also handy energy saving tips for you to use and save money.
